MACHINE FOR PRODUCTION OF
HIGH PERFORMANCE PAPER STICKS
Excessive use of single-use plastics, with consequent pollution resulting from this, it has made it necessary to introduce European regulations, aimed at minimizing the use of these materials. These materials are in fact considered one of the main causes of pollution on the planet for the following reasons:
- Their production causes the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere;
- They are not biodegradable therefore incorrect disposal, causes most of them to be dispersed after use in the environment causing devastating damage to the ecosystem.
Due to this regulatory change, many companies, manufacturers of products made with disposable plastic, have been forced to reconvert their production lines towards biodegradable products. This is the case for users of plastic sticks, for the production of cotton buds, lollipops and other similar products. Statistics show that the plastic stick is the third most polluting product in the seas.
From this point we create STARSTICKS, which allows the production of paper sticks and therefore biodegradable with no environmental impact.

STARSTIKS IN PRODUCTION
Line for the production of paper sticks, unique for its higher productivity and flexibility in product change. Protected by industrial patent.
INSTALLATIONS
First machine supplied in Italy to a Cotton Fioc producer.
Second Line for the production, as well as sticks for Cotton Fioc use, also for paper pallets suitable for drinks. Supply to a major food producer manufacturer in France.
Upcoming installations planned for a number of six plants in Asia.

COMPLETE LINE FOR ROLLS TISSUE PRODUCTION
Automatic rewinder for tissue rolls. Equipped with automatic perforation system for the number of sheet and lenght sheet. Independent motors managed by Omron, Yaskawa axis control. Electronic "Punzoncini" for absolute growth control.
CONVERTING LINE CONFIGURATED FOR THE CUSTOMER
The line for the production of toilet rolls or kitchen rolls is equipped with the most performing devices to achieve the best efficiency, working diameters up to 200mm. The line for industrial rolls produces rolls up to 350mm offering the best performance in terms of speed and flexibility.
