We look at the machine and evaluate it according to our own characteristics considered important. We collect the machine from customers and disassemble it in our workshop to check all the components of the mechanical part and electrical hardware; Adjusd spare parts are used and the necessary mechanical parts are rebuilt, including which the replacement of bearings, reducers and parts subject to wear;  the reassembly is carried out accurately, with the control of shafts and calibration of sensitive parts for the correct operation of the machine. We renew all the electronic hardware components necessary for the new functionality and we update the safety system in compliance with the new regulations, as well as the arrangement of all the wiring. The last phase of revamping concerns the programming and commissioning at the new production speeds and characteristics.
